  • Aired: 10/20/2011
  • 28:51
  • Rating: TV-G
Marcia Franklin talks about a decision by the Payette National Forest to restrict domestic sheep grazing in order to protect bighorn sheep from pneumonia carried by domestic sheep. Rep. Simpson is sponsoring a rider to the Dept. of Interior appropriations bill to take a five year time-out from implementing such plans in other forests. Bighorn advocates say that could decimate the species.
