The widely anticipated 2012 New Jersey Arts Education Census is released. "State of the Arts" talks to Bob Morrison of Quadrant Arts Education Research who describes the power of the numbers and their real effect on students. NJ Arts Day was held at the War Memorial in Trenton, and featured performances by some of New Jersey's most gifted and talented teenage artists.
