We spend about a third of our lives sleeping. Sleep rejuvenates our body and help clean out our brain. But what is sleep? Scientists are studying why we sleep, why we don’t and what sleep really means. Host Joan Cartan-Hansen and her guests, Dr. Janat O’Donnell and Nancy Nadolski, a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in sleep issues, will answer students’ questions.
