While almost all governmental meetings in Idaho are supposed to be open to the public, there are a few exceptions. In this skit, our reporter is stopped by a city clerk from entering a meeting. When the reporter objects, the Ref steps in to explain why this meeting is closed. This video explains under what circumstances a meeting can be closed and where to look for more information.
