Ralph Hunter is the African American Heritage Museum’s founder, director, collector, and curator. The museum has two locations, one in Newtonville, NJ, and one at the Noyes Arts Garage in Atlantic City. State of the Arts meets Ralph Hunter, and hears about the long history of African Americans in the historic shore town. He also describes how Whoopi Goldberg became one of their biggest fans.
