Marcia Franklin talks with Ishmael Beah, a former child soldier from Sierra Leone, who writes about his harrowing experience and recovery in A Long Way Gone. He talks with Franklin about why he wrote the book, and how society can help lessen the use of child soldiers. He also answers allegations of inaccuracies in the book.
