As part of Dialogue's Sun Valley Writers' conference series, Marcia Franklin talks with Pico Iyer, whose writings have taken him to some of the most far-flung parts of the world. Iyer, a former reporter for Time magazine and frequent essayist, has just completed a book on the Dalai Lama called The Open Road. He talks with Franklin about his travels, including sharing travel tips for viewers.
