When Idaho legislators cut the public school appropriation by 128.5 million dollars, educators said it would be bad, and now we know how bad. School districts across the state are cutting teachers pay, increasing fees, and eliminating programs. On this Dialogue, host Joan Cartan-Hansen looks at what these budget cuts will mean to Idaho's kids.
